Festival Bars

We're achieving the highest takings per head in Australia for promoters at events.

How? We hate queues - being in them and seeing them form. Our highly innovative and efficient bar systems work so that there are no queues. The result? Happy punters and great bar takings.

Cocktail Bars

The scene is New Years Eve 2005. With 6000 revellers at the amazing Cottesloe Civic Centre Independent put together a huge elevated cocktail bar right in the middle of the action. You name it we have made it. Whether it's an intimate affair a huge event we have put together some fantastic cocktails.

VIP Areas

These have become increasingly popular in recent times. Promoters are value adding to a proportion of their ticket sales while providing somewhere to look after sponsors, associates and other people who are important to the event.

Independent understands the special service required for VIPs and make sure they receive it, and have successfully done so for major events like Southbound.

Artists Areas

Whether we're talking riders or full bar and food facilities Independent are experienced in offering a discrete and highly professional service managing artist areas.

Soft Drink Vans

Independent position and staff soft drink vans around at major events, adding to the bar take and keeping punters happy.

Promotion Tents

With events providing unique access to many hard-to-reach demographics, suppliers want their product promoted at them via promotions tents.

An example is the full draft bar and promotion area Independent set up and staffed for Gage Roads Brewery on Rottnest Island Each year in 2005 and 2006.

Independent work closely with you and the supplier to ensure they are looked after and come back next year.

Wine Tents

People love their wines.

In recent years Independent have organised and run successful wine tents for major events. Let us arrange and manage a wine tent at your next event with the right equipment, the right look and the right staff to make it a success.

Draft Beer Supply

Independent has supplied draft beer to a number of events, such as the  Perth International Beer Festival , the Jimmy Barnes Concert at Belmont Raceway 2005, Big Day Out Arena Bar 2005 and every West Coast Blues and Roots since 2005.

At these events we have sold between up to 150 kegs per day.

This service offers an alternative to some of the packaged products generally sold. You can have icy cold tap beer like Becks, or Stella or Guinness available - the choice is yours.

Working with Existing Suppliers

No need to worry about existing arrangements with suppliers. If your company has existing contracts or sponsorship agreements with suppliers Independent Events can still supply within the parameters of your agreements.

Cash Management

Independent has extensive experience managing ticketing and cash.

A recent example is 2006 and 2007 Perth Royal Show where Independent was responsible for running the gates. This involved controlling the entry points by both checking prepaid tickets and selling them on the day.

With over $4 million collected over the 8 day event our team had  finalized  processing the funds and had them in the bank within an hour of the gates closing every day.
