Independent Events is always on the hunt for experienced, enthusiastic and reliable staff to join our team.

If you are interested we would love to hear from you. But before you do apply, a few musts to get out of the way:

• You must be over 18 years of age to apply
• You must have a mobile phone number and email address we can contact you on
• You must have to have access to the internet so you can send you information about any event you're working on

Great. Now simply fill out the application form and we'll add you to our staff list to be contacted each time an event comes up.

How It Works

Once you've sent the form, here's how it will work for an upcoming event:

1. You get an SMS text and/or email inviting you to sign up
2. You then apply up via this web site in the Staff Login section (before the closing date)
3. We prepare a roster and post it up in the Staff Login section of this site
4. You receive an SMS text and/or email informing you that you're on the roster and asking you to confirm your position if you still want it
5. You jump onto the web site and find out what you've been offered
6. If you want the shift you confirm your position by following the prompts. If you don't, don't.
7. You work hard and have a ball
8. We pay you promptly and with a big smile.

 Hints For Getting Work

• We'll always put the best team on the ground so if you've been recognized as good we'll put you on the roster first. Also early applications and anyone who keeps applying is given priority
• You don't have to work at every event you're offered but of course consistency helps
• The more versatile you are in the work you apply for the more likely you'll be working regularly
• Check the staff section from time to time to see what's coming up

Pay Rates

Independent pay competitive award rates to all staff. You will be advised of pay rates when you apply and when the roster is completed and you confirm your position.
